Monthly customer charge ~$7.96. ~14-16¢/kWh average residential retail rate. 2025 rate reduction approved; March 2026 +$1.58/mo adjustment on 1,000 kWh. NO battery rebate. APCo also serves WV — do NOT cross-contaminate WV's post-sunset rules into the VA pitch.
