KY PSC rules: NM I grandfathering forfeits on property transfer. If the customer bought the home with solar already installed (post-Jan 1, 2025), they're on NM II regardless of when the system was first interconnected. Reps verify by asking 'Did you install the solar, or did the home already have it when you bought?'
