- It's a statewide program, not a utility VPP: it's run by Efficiency Maine, not Versant. Never call it a "Versant VPP" — there isn't one. It's identical across all three Maine utilities.

Frame it as real recurring income that's trending up — "positioned for upside," not a guaranteed raise. Real, honest, and differentiating. (Tesla/Franklin only — verify the brand.)
PLAY 3 — The highest rate in Maine, raised twice (the BHD differentiator). BHD customers pay the highest all-in rate in the state (~30.4¢), and Versant raised distribution 28.5% in 2023 and 23.2% in 2025 — back to back. This is the sharpest rate-hedge case in Maine.
